Free read · 6–12 questions

The vet said it isn’t medical. The advice still contradicts itself.

A free read on litter soiling after a vet-clear, or two cats who share a house but not a hallway. Then a week-by-week plan, checked against its sources before it reaches you and read by a person straight after.

Two cats in the same hallway: one in a doorway, the other at the far end. The house is shared. The hallway is not.

The map, not the mood

Where does each cat actually get to go?

boxboxboxABfood
n+1 uncovered boxes, spread out. Food is not a checkpoint on the way to a tray.
A tabby sitting on kitchen linoleum near an uncovered litter box, looking off-frame.

The read

Which pattern the answers point at and how confident that is, what is actually happening, the three things most likely making it worse, a realistic timeline, and a plain list of what the read cannot establish.

A cat on a towel on a veterinary exam table, owner standing beside, vet in plain scrubs.

The safety check

Sudden soiling, straining, blood, a bite that reached a person, a fight that broke skin — those are refused on the spot. You get the referral, not a sales page.

Hands writing in a ruled notebook on a table, a cat out of focus in a doorway behind.

The plan

A deep intake, then a week-by-week programme for your cat: management first, then the sequence, with the criterion to advance and what to do when a week goes badly.

A woman crouched calmly in a hallway, two cats visible at different distances.

$99

A person reads it

Every plan is machine-checked before it is sent and read by a person afterwards. If the intake is one we should not have sold to, you get a refund and a referral rather than a plan.

Why do the articles contradict each other?

Two cats staring at each other across a living room. Tension, not a fight.
Staring across a room. The argument is whether this is rank.

Are house cats fighting for dominance / status, and should one be made to submit?

Jackson Galaxy is an index of frames owners already believe, not protocol authority. We do not rank cats or use force. Cornell “ignore the offending cat” for status is not a dominance roll.

A covered plastic litter box crammed in a bathroom corner.
A hood in a bathroom corner. The argument is who the lid is for.

Should the litter box be covered?

Owner comfort with a hood is not the cat’s preference. We recommend uncovered and treat a hood as something to replace, not as a plan step.

An unmarked white plug-in diffuser in a hallway outlet, a cat walking past it.
A plug-in on the wall. The argument is whether the device is the plan.

Is a synthetic-pheromone diffuser the treatment for spraying or intercat tension?

Manufacturer marketing plus an authority mention is not protocol authority. Neutral adjunct only. Never emit as the plan.

Questions people actually ask

How is this different from a Jackson Galaxy video?

A video teaches a method and leaves the judgement calls to you. What you get here is the judgement: which pattern the evidence points at, what to stop doing first, and a week-by-week sequence, checked against the source library before it reaches you and read by a person straight after. Jackson Galaxy is an index of frames owners already believe, not the protocol we follow.

Will this stop the soiling?

Nobody honest can promise that. The field does not publish a typical recovery range in weeks for behavioral house soiling. What we promise is a plan built for your cat from sourced protocols, and a refund inside 14 days if you are not happy with the plan — not if the cat is not fixed.

How long does this take?

Weeks, not days. No source in our library gives a typical week clock for soiling recovery. Any product that gives you a number in days is selling you something.

My cat bit someone. Can you help?

No, and we will say so before you pay. Teeth or claws that reached a person, or a fight that broke skin, need somebody who can see the cat and the household. The quiz routes those cases to the veterinary behaviorist and consultant directories instead.

The soiling started overnight. Should I start here?

No. A cat who was reliable and then flipped needs a veterinarian first. Cats with medical conditions may not look sick. Sudden soiling, straining, blood, or many tiny puddles are refused, not sold.

Do you tell me which medicine to use?

Never. Starting, stopping, or changing a dose is a question for your veterinarian. If that is what you came for, the quiz will say so and will not sell you a plan.
